they sell it to a boston book seller for a thousand bucks. it sits in the basement, treasures of this boston store for almost 40 years. they rediscover hit in the '70s and start to be distributed widely. that's why you see curtis pictures everywhere now. even the "new york times" sells curtis pictures right now.
